En förkylning som kom som en käftsmäll gick över lika fort! Så skönt! Visst lite småsnorig men inget att notera. :)
Igår fick denna morsa lite egentid och drog till solsriumet. Känner mig så blek och grå och blir inte bättre med påsarna under ögonen. Så unna mig lite sol. Så skönt! Va mer än ett år sen sist. :) Sen vart det träning med Sanny. Alfons va nöjd hela tiden. Fram till slutet men då var jag ändå klar så då gick vi hem han och jag. Sanny simmade några längder så han kon efter. Det är verkligen en Woho känsla på att va tillbaka på gymmet.
Sen är det perfekt på badhuset. Inte bara att de är nära men man kan kombinera och variera konditionen med att simma. Bad ingår ju! Vill man inte det kan man relaxa lite efter träningen och det är inte fy skam det. :) Gymmet är inte stort men duger kanon åt oss. Fräscht och nytt iaf! Så en gång i veckan ska jag försöka komma iväg själv utan Alfons så får han va hemma med S så jag får lite relax tid. Grymt! Sen när han blir lite större kan vi bada hur mycket vi vill med Alfons. Han älskar att bada så kommer nog bli kalas!
